• Green-Lipped Mussel Oil120mg - contains over 30 essential fatty acids and is a great source of Omega-3 EPA, DHA, and ETA. Omega-3 ETA is only found in Green-Lipped Mussels and is known to help maintain joint health naturally.
• Natural Mono-unsaturated Olive Oil 180mg - contains more than 36 phenolic compounds and is a great source of antioxidants. One specific compound in particular, known as oleocanthal, has been discovered to have powerful natural benefits for joints.
• Vitamin E Oil 0.450mg - is an antioxidant and it helps protect cells from damage caused by unstable molecules called free radicals. In addition to providing cell protection, Vitamin E is vital for a healthy Immune System and aids cells when fighting off infections.

Our mussels are harvested at several locations around South Island, New Zealand. None of our mussels are imported from other countries.

There are no known side-effects of taking Marine Phospholipid Oil, other than in the case of seafood allergies. It is a 100% natural food product.
