There are four different tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold & Platinum.

You can qualify as a Bronze Member by simply signing up to Kōrure Pets.

To become a Silver Member, you’ll need to spend an accumulated value of $250 within 12 months of signing up for Kōrure Pets Rewards. Your status is valid for a 12 month period.

To become a Gold Member, you’ll need to spend an accumulated value of $700 within 12 months of becoming qualified for Gold Member status. Your status is valid for a 12 month period.

To become a Platinum Member, you will need to spend an accumulated value of $2000+ within 12 months of becoming qualified for Platinum Member status. Your status is valid for a 12 month period.

To maintain your tier status, you must continue to meet the minimum spend for your tier within 365 days of qualifying for that tier.

You’ll earn 1 point on every $1 you spend in our online store. You can also earn extra points by completing certain activities like leaving reviews and following us on social media. You will find the full list in the section above.

The following activities can only be earned once: Join Kōrure Rewards.

Some activities have other limits on them:

Leave a verified review on our website. You can earn points on 3 reviews per month.

Refer a friend. These points will be added to your account when your friend redeems their referral voucher. Referral vouchers are only valid for new customers.

If you are Silver, Gold or Platinum, you can use your points to redeem free products and merch in the Rewards Centre. We’ll be revealing new rewards all the time, so you’ll always have new options to spend your points on.

Do my points expire? Yes they will expire 12 months from the date you earn them.

Nope! Redeeming your points won’t affect your tier status or progress. You’ll continue enjoying your tier benefits as long as you meet the yearly minimum total spend required for the tier.

Throughout the year our members will have exclusive access to bonuses that could include things like: gifts with purchase and other special deals and offers. The higher your tier, the more regular and higher-value bonuses you can expect throughout the year! Make sure you’re signed up to our emails to keep in the loop.

Yes, you need to spend over $30 to redeem a reward from the Rewards Centre. Free products are only available on one time purchases (not recurring subscription orders).

If you’re Gold or Platinum tier, you’ll automatically receive double points on any new product purchases for one month after the product is launched.
